- Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 40 kg/m² or more (or 37.5 kg/m² for people from minority ethnic family backgrounds)

- Have at least four of the following long-term conditions:

1.    Type 2 diabetes

2.    Hypertension (high blood pressure)

3.    Dyslipidaemia

4.    Established cardiovascular disease

5.    Obstructive sleep apnoea

The Christmas period is a time when we see an increase of Domestic Abuse reporting to agencies. Over the Christmas holiday period the Warrington Domestic Abuse Hub will only be closed during the bank holidays, staff are working in between the Christmas and new year and can offer professional support consultations and accept new referrals.
