Booking via appointment booking link

Folly Lane Medical Centre has recently rolled out a new online booking system which allows patients to book an appointment when sent a dedicated link for a particular clinic via SMS text message or email. This new way of booking is used routine clinics such as Flu vaccinations and annual reviews. Instructions on how to use the system are detailed below. We hope that this will provide patients with a more flexible and convenient way to book their appointments and will reduce the need to wait in a queue on the telephone.

Booking via appointment booking link

1) Enter your date of birth and click submit

2) A list of the clinics available in the next 2 weeks will be displayed, click view to view available appointment times on that day.

3) Alternatively, to amend the date range click the date drop down field and select a different date range and then click view to view the available appointment times on that day.

4) Click "Book" to book into the time slot required.

5) A confirmation screen will display the date, time and appointment you have selected to book, click "Book Appointment" to finalise the booking of the appointment.
